Canon Europe had to change the way they sell IT equipment to customers because of the pandemic, with more people working remotely. They created a package of their technologies called a "hybrid working business launch" to help customers with this new way of working. The package was designed to take into consideration different market nuances across the 14 regions Canon Europe is responsible for. The goal was to bring this package to market and achieve success in all 14 regions.

Hybrid Working In Action represents a significant shift in communications approach for a B2B brand. it focuses on how the products can help solve real-life problems for the audience. It's a successful campaign that has attracted new people and kept them interested.
